You push it down, or maybe you save it for when you are in the shower when no one can hear. Or maybe you are just to the point where you feel numb. Either way, it’s taking everything you have to get through the day or week and be present with your family, maintain your performance at work, walk through your grief, or be a decent partner or friend.

You are just so tired. You mumble it under your breath at least once a day.
